Here's an interesting waste of time: NationStates, an online government simulation by Max Barry, author of the novel Jennifer Government. You get to design your own little virtual country, set its politics, and govern its people. I've only toyed around with it a little, but it looks like fun... better than getting my rear-end kicked on Stickfight again, that's for sure!
