People who can't fix a copier stuck on paper jam by themselves should be drawn and quartered. It's not like I know anything about these machines, either, and technically we're not even supposed to do anything service-related with the two photocopiers that live right next to the Circulation Desk, but time and time again a patron will get the dreaded "Misfeed" error and expect us to come to his or her rescue. Really, folks, it's all about opening up the back and pulling out the crooked-ass piece of paper that will be right in front of your face when you do so. If it's anything worse than that, we can't help you either.
