PA, that is. This weekend my wife, my brother-in-law, the baby, and I will pile into the car and drive on down to Eastern Pennsylvania to celebrate Greek Orthodox Easter with some of the rowdier members of Maria's extended family. Despite the harrowing prospect of driving an infant across multiple state lines, I'm fairly excited about seeing some uncles, aunts, and cousins that I haven't seen in just about two years, not to mention roasting a lamb and perhaps a goat over the spit all morning and afternoon while downing numerous mezedakia (appetizer-type food) and vodka and tonics made by my wife's cousin Iraklis - yes, that's Hercules - that he serves in Big Gulp-sized tumblers with half a lime as garnish.
It's a good thing the hotel room isn't far from the roasting spit!
