It must have been the fact that we went straight from the drama of the World Series to yet another nerve-wracking Presidential election that's been keeping me from appreciating the magnitude of the what the Red Sox did this season, but on the drive into work this morning it hit me square in the face. World champions for the first time since 1918 - how do you like that?
Okay, now back to being depressed...
