Crux pitch

Well here I am, with six days left in the term. Although I still have one more reading response paper and a mini-presentation due in the upcoming week, the real obstacle which remains is my Historical Methods term paper, which I've sworn to myself must be nothing less than brilliant. Fortunately a lot of the drudge-work has already been done, as our professor required us to submit a "paper proposal" which ended up being about half the length of the expected final product. At the time I thought this was a little extreme for a proposal, but now I'm singing a different tune...
