Even a broken cliche is right two times a year
Most of the time you can't "Pahk Your Cah in Hahvahd Yahd", but they make exceptions to move the students in and out at the beginning and end of the academic year...
As I tell anyone who asks me to say the phrase, you can't pahk yah cah in Hahvid Yahd unless you're a Hahvid cop. But now I have another exception to tack, I suppose!
