8300 words

I almost managed to get back on schedule with my NaNoWriMo efforts over the weekend, nearly doubling my output on The Librarian's Tale from the home office. Historically I haven't had much success with writing on the desktop, preferring instead to peck things out on my trusty iPaq, but I wonder if the impetus to stay on target for 50,000 words by November 30th hasn't helped me find a way around that particular mental block. That alone would make the whole slog worth it!
