    technostress...yes I too had a big dose of that. I was all over wiki's and now have to figure out tags. Which may be old hat to you, but man, is my consultant zippy.

    I always feel like I'm two or three steps behind all the cool kids, personally. Fortunately I have a couple of friends who are reasonably tech-savvy, which keeps me somewhat in the game. Subscribing to the site feed for places like Lifehacker.com seems to help as well.
