Second verse, same as the first?
I have a lot to say about the first two games of the ALCS, which needless to say have gone horribly for Red Sox Nation, but as I also have a class I need to run off to (was that zeugma?), the venting of my spleen will just have to wait. But just let me say this: by replacing a manager who just couldn't say no to his ace pitcher with another manager and another ace, have we actually made any progress whatsoever since last year's Game Seven, or are we in fact playing out the exact same scenario again, only this time with different actors? The mind boggles.
