Workin' 9 to 5

So I'm on Intercession hours, which means I have to do the daily grind thing on Thursdays and Fridays until Summer School begins. While it's nice to have my Sundays free for family time, the weekday hours here at the Circ Desk are of a different nature than those I customarily enjoy on my normal weekend shift. Whereas Saturdays and Sundays are usually mellow from start to finish with the occasional burst of activity, there's a frenetic pace to the workflow here Monday to Friday that only rarely slows down to let you catch your breath. Or finish a thought.
