"Confessions" update

Well it's been a terrible month for writing, with less than a thousand words progress on the novel. But I had expected as much -- with the end of classes and my Summer hours at the Circ Desk my total amount of captive time during which I customarily write dropped more or less to zero. Fortunately I was able to take advantage of the month in other respects, so let's call it a draw. I'm sure September will be a much more productive month for writing.
